[Resolved] Axis Bank — Neft/rtgs process complaint | |||||
We (sri anchana diagnostic trichy) are axis bank customer for the past 12 years and our account no is [protected]. Our branches sri anchana- karur, sri maruti-erode, karur scientific and dindigul hospital supplier also maintain our account at axis bank. But because of your unsatisfactory service for the last 3 years we have shifted our 65% transaction to hdfc bank (our trichy branch only), inspite of that axis bank is least bothered. Then we also need neft and rtgs transaction, we spoke about this to trichy thillainagar salai road branch person, but there is no response hence kindly do the needful for our future correspondence Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am using Axis Pay UPI.in that I did one transaction on 8 April and time is 20:05:32 but beneficiary didn't get the amount.but in my account amount is debited.i didn't understand why it happened.i raised my query regarding my Transaction Id is[protected], query reference no. Is 79489447 .but there is no response from bank.i have also visited to bank.please tell me why it happened and when it clear.its some more urgent regarding to amount.
