[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Negative balance in savings account

I have salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company i never used that account and i am went out of state for working. I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero and now also came like that. Now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. I shown my messages they given zero balance. They are told that is our business policy. My friend told that as per rbi no negative balance in savings account. I went another time for showing and closing that account but they told why we need to follow those rules. And we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.
This type of cheating customers and rbi done by axis bank please take action against these type of cheating banks

My axis account([protected]) is in negative balance of 964.38, not sure why, it was zero balance account and I didn’t use it since last 3 months.

My balance was zero and as this was zero balance account, I don’t expect it to be negative as per RBI guidelines.

Also, there is no statement record for this negative transaction.
I have been for the past one year Axis Bank Account not currently used when viewing my account balance amount -226 That shows that I am very disappointed to axis Bank service is very bad
Sir my axis bank account has showing negative balance...it was debited since few months...wether i did not have any transaction in this account...plz help me to resolve this matter
What is the actual issue with your post salary account . after i changed it to normal savings account..i screwed up. Even i cant maintain a minimum balance that you will make it negative as early even without any notice or debit messege. And still you are eating my flush and made it -5200 /-.
If i dep. 10k and withdraw 5 k later... You will washout the balance and make it negative with out any information, what the heck you guyz doing..

Can i get a proper response or reason?
I had opened a salary account in 2017 because of covid i lost my job and this axis bank is charging me extra charges for not maintaining the minimum amount. RBI should definitely take some action for these kind of issues. I cannot pay my negative balance.

I am not using Axis bank in last 2.5 years, I check my account balance is -negative and The amount is going negative without any intimation. Currently I like to use the Axis bank again .Therefore please waive off the negative balance to continue the account.

Am also facing the same issue. Even i went to nearest bank and asked them clear negative and continue using the account. But they are asking me to visit master branch. Am staying in different state now i can't travel to the master branch state. Kindly Help me to resolve this problem.
I have salary account and a reimbursement account with Axis bank. Suddenly from last few days, account balance on reimbursement account showing negative.

I have been following up on this with bank and Customer care from many days. Not getting any kind of answer or response from their end. Everytime they are asking me to wait for sometime, there is technical failure. No one is interested in investigating the matter. I mailed them also, for immediate escalation on this issue and a service request logged with priority.

Inspite of having prime salary account, why there is money deducted. Still they didn't log any request/complaint from their end.

I Need immediate closure of this accout. For that I also requested in bank to close the account, there also they refused, saying there is a technical problem from last week. I am totally exhausted asking them for help.

They are doing this type of fraud with Customer & making us fool on open market.

Please take strict actual against them and I urge your kind help.
