[Resolved] Axis Bank — non refund of irctc cancellation | |
I had booked a ticket on irctc but for some reason had to cancel it. Irctc has credited the amount of rs.3840 to the bank with ref number: 85215228169824232663244 But the amount has not been credited in my account with acc number:[protected] Please look into the issue. And also your customer care number listed as[protected] never works. I'm trying to call for the last couple of days but the number is unreachable. Was this information helpful? | |

There was wrong transaction done in the amount of 67000 from Axis Bank to ICICI. I have been tried multiple times to talk with Bank rep. and getting a run around every time i call them. My dispute was closed without any communication to me and everytime i call the customer i have explain the same scenario multiple times without any resolution.

Suddenly the 750 rs debited for consolidate charges..
How can u cut that amount without any intimation..if I have any emi on that amount I have to bare for cheque bounce.
