[Resolved]  Axis Bank — not yet received

Sir,
I applied for axis fastag on 26/12/2019. Still i have not received fastag. Today the date is 09/01/2020. While applying, the fastag after commiting the payment i received the message from axis bank as,
"your fastag will be delivered to your address within 7 days"
I don't understand what 7 days.
Blue dart tracking and toll free number are not working.
What is my fastag delivery status? Will it come or not.
My fastag reference id is : tn67l5034

Hi Team, Please support as fastag was requested on 05 Dec 2019 for Vehicle Number CH01AW 6395 but not received till now. Pleas contact on [protected] and get the issue resolved. Its been a month now since when we are waiting please get it addressed immediately and contact on [protected] in case of any concern.

On 14th Dec 2019 @ 5:27 PM i swiped my card for 1200.
The transaction was failed but the money was deducted. I was told that money will be refunded in my account but it has not yet.
Please let me know whats need to be done.
I have the slip with me.

I had applied for FASTag card with Axis Bank for Vehicle # XXXXXXXXXX one week back on 13 December 2019. But I'm yet to receive its delivery & am not receiving any update about it.

I have an salary account in axis bank suddenly 500 rupees deducted from my Account as consolidated charges for A/c.and it is deduct every month.so far all the money that has been deducted please give it back.
