[Resolved] Axis Bank — Online refund | |||||
I did a transaction with ksrtc, on 7th june 2017 but the transaction failed. Axis bank is the acquirer here. I did not get my refund, its already 20 days. I paid through freecharge wallet. It was informed to me that as it is freecharge wallet, the refund will be initiated from the bank side. But i did not get my refund.
