[Resolved] Axis Bank — Refund initiated by amazon not transferred in my account till 15 days over | |||||
I cancel a laptop (Order number[protected]) from amazon on 14th may, amazon initiated the refund for the same on 14th may, but refund amount did not credited in my account till 15 days over. They provide me refund reference number and told to contact with bank, I contact to bank customer care several time and raised complain in axis bank, but nothing is going on. There is some problem going on bank end. Please resolve issue on priority as I need my money back due to some urgency As 15 days over and amount did not credited in my account .
