Axis Bank — Refunded money not come to my account and bank is not supporting

Dear Axis bank,
i have not received money as vendor is saying they refunded to bank, Please find mail from vendor (Amazon ) .

also i need to address that i complained before a month .

NOT GETTING PROPER RESPONCE FORM BANK, THEY ARE ON DAILY BASIS DEMANDING NEW THINGS, EVEN AFTER SUBMISSION OF DISPUTE FORM .

bank is only sending auto generated mails but not got any phone from them in last one month .

i am hoping that this customer forum will help me .

Dear Forum,
This is address that i did not got any reply from bank, they are only sending me auto generated mails and not replying on proper note.

i am there 8 year old customer, if they are treating me like this how they are treating there new one's

i had submitted all needed dacuments to them but they are delaying on daily basis .

i mailed all in there register id but before asking customer they are closing it, i have all proves for it if requires .
