[Resolved] Axis Bank — Regarding service | |||
Sir, i m having an current a/c in axis bank balasore branch, tomorrow at 4:30 pm i got a call from dbm mr. satrughan laya that their is some problem in rtgs.But rtgs is very essential for me.Why should they are not informing before time, i had given a penalty for that.What should we expect in further service from axis bank.One thing in sbbj bank that they inform us before regarding any problem. Dear Mam/Sir,
On the day 14/08/2016, i was call in axis bank & ask the concern person no. for statement of 10/08/2016 i regularly call to him but the guy is not giving proper response
still a month has to going completed but the problem is same so i decided to discontinue the axis Edc. service.
kindly provide statement of 10/08/2016 behalf of previous banking relation.
