B2X — Worst service of b2x service centre | |||||
I purchased moto x play on dtd 6th apr'16. My phone is under warranty. Since 30th june'16 i observed some problem in speaker, than i visited to b2x service centre, ghaziabad on same day & submitted my mobile on dtd 1st july'16. Job sheet no... Amsgaz001964. Address : immortal services, 92, ambedkar road, 1st floor, ghaziabad, up-201001. I keep on following for the expected completion date which was 15 days since submitted date, but they says will take couple of days & still they are saying same. I am a working lady & bcoz of non availability of mobile financially i am suffering a lot. I am regularly in touch with service centre team but not getting any satisfactory response. I had registered my complaint to motorola consumer complaints on dtd 18th july'16 also but didn't get any solution till yet. I had been used many mobiles of different companies e. G. Nokia, samsung, panasonic, sony etc, but never face any problem with any service centre. This is a worst experience of my life with motorola mobile. I would never suggest anyone to purchase motorola. I request you to pls take necessary action, else pls help me to provide new mobile, otherwise you would be the responsible for my psychological & financial loss. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am still waiting for your response.
This is my last mail to you, if I don't get my mobile back in working condition till 31st July'16, than I am going to File a case in Court.
