[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Cancellation of one of the double policy issued by Bajaj Allianz | |||
I had emailed my request to cancel the insurance policy (OG[protected]-[protected] on the same day when that got doubled by Bajaj Allianz. It is been more than a 1.5 months now, no action is taken yet. Have mailed all the details 8 times, have called 5 times to cutomercare. But just got reassures only, not refund. It is disappointing that their system doesn't recognize if the customer has bought already a policy from them only. I was told by their sales person that my bike insurance is expired and I have to buy new one. Bajaj must take the responsibility of this mistake and must refund my money.
