Bajaj Allianz Car Insurance — Car survey report not provided | |||||
Hello sir, I am krishna and my bajaj allianz car insurance number is : og[protected]-00013185 for maruti wagon r. My car was affected in december 2016, chennai floods and given to maruti service center. After 6 months of struggle on repairing i got my car back on june 2016. Bajaj allianz provided me claim and everything. But the insurance officer named jayaram (Mob no:[protected]) from chennai is not providing the survey report although my car has been survived by him long before.. I am chasing him for the past 1 month he is either not picking my call or keeping his mobile switched off. He is not behaving in a professional way too. I am using bajaj alliaz insurance for the past 7 years and i never faced this situation. Pls help me in getting this survey report provided by jayaram. I require for a maruti claim purpose.
