[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — claim issue with allianz bajaj life insurance | |||
I took a policy in the year 2001 from allianz bajaj life insurance company, this policy was for my infant child now he is 18 years old, he got his individual saving account. We paid life insurance premium regularly, policy no. Is [protected], i got a claim on my name as ms sajitha arun bhakaran its my marriage name, i have my pancard on my maiden name & so my bank account too. I ask the life insurance company since my son turned 18years now & he has a saving account ask to do neft to his account. I called customer care they said it can be done & ask to visit branch, they raised issue & after 4 months followup got to know again the claim cheque issue on same name delieverd earlier, whts the use of it when i cannot encash that money. Its my hardearned money which is paid last 17years for my childs future as per my situation. Now its time for me to encash my money. I need help, i ned a resolution to it...
