[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz General Insurance — Regret on buying Bajaj Allianz Policy No. OC[protected]-00001475 | |||
This in regards to Bajaj Allianz policy No. OC[protected]-00001475 for Royal Enfield Classic 350. Which got stolen in month of November 2014 when i was on tour with my family to Thailand on Diwali vacations. I have provided all necessary documents which was required. Whenever i have call Bajaj Allianz for update on my claim i always get revert this document is missing. On my next Europe tour i lost my bag which contains My DSLR, Handy camera and House keys and bullet keys. Now these guys after long follow-up ask to submit 2 original keys of my vehicle. i informed than that one key was lost in Europe and I have provided them mails exchange which was done between lost and found department of Switzerland. But as per Bajaj Allianz my bullet was stolen from key which was stolen in Switzerland. They have communicated that directly or indirectly I have help thief to steal my own vehicle how ridiculous statement was this. I am chasing Bajaj Allianz from almost 7 months every time i follow-up my case is with some other manager. Again I have to start with old history. i am fed up with this company. I strongly believe Bajaj Allianz finds pleasure in customer harassment. After strong follow-up today i come to know that my claim won’t be passed due to this missing key. If I would have intentions to help thief to stole my vehicle or to any intentions to make money from insurance company. i would have issued duplicate key to thief and would have submitted 2 original keys to Bajaj or i would have purchase original lock from Royal Enfield and would have submitted you 2 keys to you. I am still awaiting for update on my claim status. it seems like i have not deal with reputed corporate company but I have deal with some Tadumal Jethamal type of small proprietorship company where everybody is leased bother about customer satisfaction. it more than ages now i am being following up for my claim.
