[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — I'm complaining about a manufacturer name error in my extended warranty policy | |||||
My complaint i got an extended warranty from bajaj allianz for my lloyd air conditioner. The policy number is og[protected]-00000005. The policy shows that the purchased brand is lg while i purchased a lloyd ac. Today after one year my ac had some problem with the pvc board which bajaj is not willing to replace as the policy shows that i bought an lg office. This is bajaj’s problem and not mine. I have sent them original bill and they have been giving me dates after date. The complaint number given to me is 67921813 on email. Request your help to have this resolved please.
