Bajaj Allianz — Improper behaviour by surveyor | |||||
I am having bajaj insurance policy with policy number : OG[protected]-00072550 I am having my car insured since last 7 years without any discontinuity. recently i met with a accident on road, in which front part of car got damaged. i sent my car to jkm motors, noida for repair which has tie up with bajaj allianz. i got call from jkm motors that surveyor is refusing to include front windshield in the claim. I called surveyor on phone he said that he has sent the documents forward and he cant do anything now. its my first claim in last 7 years, and company is harassing me like this ?
