Hi, My i opt for balic insurance (Rs. 1500 p. M) at the time of my citibank suvidha account creation. My insurance policy is[protected]. But i didn't receive any document and any detail on this. I tried calling your toll free number but it's asking for 10 digit number but my policy number contains 17 digits. I also tried to register online for this but it's not accepting. I also tried to email on citi. [protected]@bajajallianz.com but got a mail delivery failure message.
