[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance — attendance not regularized and salary hold

Dear sir.
I abid ahmed employee code 175783 ranchi (2) branch. Joined balic on[protected]. This is my first month. As per hr policy we have to sent regularization request on or before 18th of every month. Due to my employee code not generated and not registered in bio metric i cant mark my attendance for whole month. But when feb 18 i sent regularize request for all those days which i worked. My manager mr falguni mukherjee approved my attendance on 19th. And after 2 days on 21st feb he again disapproved my 8 days attendance. Below i attached both approved and disapproved screenshots for proof. When i asked to approve my attendance he doesnt reply and today is 26th still not approved. Yesterday i sent mail to bm falguni and cc to regional manager rishi bharti sir and state hr wilson sir. About this issue. But i got reply from bm that iam not doing my duties and not lifting calls etc etc. But it was totally wrong i attend all the calls and reply to each mesgs. The issue is how can a bm harrase a first month new joinee bdm like this. He needs 10 urns which i cannot do. Thats why he play like this. Also he didnt provide any training or induction to me. On very first day he told to do urns ic recruitment. But in my appointment letter clearly mentioned that i have to go mandatory 11 days regional induction program. And second thing i got a mail from my regional manager that i have to report daltonganj regional office tomorrow with this month activity what i did.

Iam asking you that is this the way bajaj allianz treating a new employee. Iam totally dis satisfied with the reply mail from rm and iam planning to quit my job. And iam sure that my bm will not accept my resignation also if i gave 30 days notice period he will not going to approve my single day of notice period. Becoz here in ranchi branch bio metric system is not working max times. So only regularization option is there which my bm will not approve. Iam asking you the suggestion and need reply from you. What can i do now. When did i get my salary for feb-2019 and if things will not sort out here then if i want to resign then to whom i sent my resignation mail with 30 days notice period. Kindly do the needful. This type of managers will spoil reputation of this good company. If this things continues here no sales person will join baja allianz. Pls look into this issue.

for the time bieng my issue was resolved.i visit to branch head and discuss about issue. but as of my knowledge HR dept is perfect here but management is not employee friendly. bcoz my attendance was rejected by my BM also from RM. so it was confirm that except HR dept nobody will help here. thanx to HR team. hope this support will continue for every employee. but 1 thing..still my 8 days attendance is not approved. i dont know how HR dept knows the fact they credit my whole month salary. now the issue is my pending unapproved attendance. i will try to fix up with BM or else i will resign.bcoz this time i got my full salary but i dont think next time i will get it. so for my future safety i think i should resign and go for another option. Thank u.

Hi my name is ashish i make the payment of INR 1959 through upi to bajaj allianz for renewal of mu two wheeler insurance i filled all the details on payment page i select upi menthod payment was successfully done. Balance was deducted from my account after the page says error occured. I checked in my statement payment goes to [protected]@icici .
