Bajaj Allianz — maturity claim not received

My father hold life insurance policy which was matured feb 2016 and claim amount of inr 47778 was paid by bajaj insurance on march 2016 through cheque. How ever no such transaction of this amount had been seen in bank accounts.
The company even not share bank details in where the cheque was encashed.
The cheque received either by collected local office or by courier. However no such records are seen (Any signature of receiving) in company records.
[Jan 03, 2018] Bajaj Allianz customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
