[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — motor insurance not received

I have done online payment of my motor insurance policy on 22/08/2017, but i have not received hard or soft copy of my policy after lot of complains to your customer care. I got no. Of my policy which is og[protected]-00046370.

Again i am requesting you to please send me the soft copy of policy to my mail id asap as my existing policy is expired and i m not able to drive my vehicle without policy.

Kindly save me from this mental harassment and financial loss.

Next to next day only i got a apology mail from company HO-Direct Marketing which containing soft copy of policy and next day i received hard copy also. Thanks to this site.

Myself Sanket Kayasth, Policy Holder Name Alpaben Sanket Kumar Kayasth, Policy No. [protected]. I paid online premium through state bank credit card on dtd.26/08/2017 but till date not recd the receipt of the same.Mail the same as soon as possible.
