Bajaj Allianz — no refund even after three months of policy cancellation | |||
I took travel insurance policy in oct 2019, but requested for its cancellation just few days after the policy started. I have provided them all the requested information required for the policy cancellation and initiating the refund. Since then i was trying to followup but every time they generates a new policy number but haven't cancelled the policy yet. I have been doing this since last three months but every time i have received response like "they are doing it on high priority". Once in the month of december 2019, they informed me that i will get refund in next 10 days but when i asked them to provide me the cancellation details or transaction number, they haven't responded properly. I have escalated the issue multiple times but nothing happened. Was this information helpful? | |||
