[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — no response towards our problem(insurance ac cooling problem ) | |
Respected, I am sivendran nair .Our main problem is that our insuranced AC is having problems, the grill is damaged and cooling problems are also there.I am frustrated of sending and calling your customer care(bajaj customer care) .It is not the first time, its been multiple times I am requesting to solve the same problem. I registered multiple complaints but no response till today.It's been more than five month!.Is our problem so silly for you?or you have the intention of not solving .Either way you have annoyed me so long. Every mail you reply back doesn't give a beneficiary answer or you are not even reading the whole mail properly.you would have read that then you must be knowing that how tired, frustrated, confused and angry I am now. In my mails that are send to your official gmail ID ew.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in I have told you all the conversation i had with your customer care unit.still after that there was not even a proper reply and the mechanic you send, had never called me afterwards.In short I am in the situation of no help . i called you again customer care(bajaj customer care) on 31/10/2017 and talked to him for 11 mins, he said he had registered the complain but no one came to solve our issue, not even the previous mechanic called.I am really tired of this.Are you and your unit playing with us ?If this would have happened in hot climate, do we have to wait for you ?.even after all this we didnt loose our patience and continued calling your customer care, this time I talked directly to you pro- supervisor Mr. Ravi kumar on[protected] at around 2:40 pm and even then with the same daily dialouge for only saticfing us, he said our problem will be solved in 24 hrs and gave me a complaint no. -OC[protected] . Really no response even after talking to your pro-supervisor.Again to know is our problem been handled i called on[protected] and talked to call centre Mr.arshad, he again gave me complain no.[protected].what is it, i dont understand is this a joke?everytime i call you(bajaj customer care) give a complain no..we are frustrated and tired.my insured assert serial no. is [protected] and insured assert invoice no.-SPREET 0538 and policy number-OG[protected]-00019422.
