[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — paid premium is not showing up in the portal | |||||
In may, I got a call from Bajaj alliance and they suggested me to add a new fund into my portfolio. As per their suggestion, I filled new form and submitted it online and paid 30, 000 premium but the premium is still not showing up in the portal under my page. I have sent more than 10 emails to customer care and they are simply creating SRN numbers but not answering my questions. There is no way I can contact from United States except emails. In the mail response they said premium was not received from the bank then I sent them the acknowledgement receipt from Bajaj alliance and my bank statement. After that, I've sent more than ten follow up emails but no response. I even asked them to close/term my policy for that also no response. I'm very disappointed, not sure where to take it from here.
