My life insurance policy no. [protected] which was cancellation on 6 may. 2017. I have raised query no. 66821344. All documents are submitted to bajaj allianz office at khadakpada circl, m 1 flower valley, kalyan on 6/05/2016. Still today amount is not transferred to my account.
