[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — regarding extended warranty of samsung washing machine: policy no. og[protected]-00266597 | |||
I had purchased a samsung washine from dehradun dealer on 17 jul 2015, having two years warranty and at the same time i had purchased a two years extended warranty policy from bajaj allianz for the same product. The samsung warranty card shows that the product warranty is of two years i. E from 17-jul-2015 to 16-july-2017 and extended warranty of bajaj allianz starts from 17-jul 2017 to 16-jul-2019. Now bajaj allainz is refusing and saying that their policy has been stated from 17 july 2016 and ended on 16 july 2018. Previously the customer care executive told me to provide warranty card, bill/invoice and policy document scanned copy. I have emailed all the relevant document to the email id provided to me by the executive. Now the copy is refusing to rectify the policy document.
