Bajaj Allianz — Post hospitalisation claim is delayed too much On Jan 9, 2017 Submit a Complaint Mediclaim Polciy :- OG[protected]-00004405 ID Card No :[protected] Claim No :OC[protected]-00007980 Ref :- Claim ID 126; Patient Name :- VIDYA M THORVE With above compliant Company has given the response as below:- Complaint Status [Jan 09, 2017] Bajaj Allianz customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Bajaj Allianz Customer Care's response, Jan 11, 2017 Your concern has been registered under the reference no.: BA - 111. Updated: Jan 16, 2017 Present Status :- Company has given the NEFT form to be filled for transfer of mediclaim amount. Almost 15 days has lapsed after submitting the NEFT form, But till date I have not received the funds. Its really disgusting that after 2 to 3 months period company is not able to settle our mediclaim dues. I would like to make point that proper status of my claim has to be communicated to me, and delay of claim by the company is liable to fetch interest for delay period. I hereby demand the Interest should be paid for me for delayed period. As your written assurance regarding the settlement of claim within 14 days is not implemented.
