Bajaj Allianz — request for attested mediclaim documents not yet received

I’ am annie luiz (Employee id card no: 47218) working with nuance transcription services pvt. Ltd., had undergone spine surgery & would like to thank you for the mediclaim settlement which was done on 02/13/2019 through bajaj tpa pvt ltd (Policy no: og[protected]-00000033, id card no: gmc-[protected]-47218).

I have incurred some additional expenses during my pre and post hospitalization, which i need to claim through my husband’s mediclaim policy, which is new india assurance (Partial claim).

The new india assurance has requested for “all attested copies of claim documents submitted to bajaj tpa india pvt ltx (Final hospital bills with detail breakup, all reports, medicine bills, discharge card, payment receipts, etc)” for processing the partial claim.

Request to send us the above attested copies required for processing the partial claim to the below mentioned address.

I had send this mail to bajaj on june 7th and am yet to receive a reply.

I have still not received all call and nobody has gotten in touch with me. This is urgent as I have to submit those documents immediately. Please respond.

All I wanted was to find out about my health insurance coverage and even that the customer support cannot provide. I have written multiple emails to the support team and haven't received any information on my health coverage. I have provided them all the details that they needed. Can someone help me find the coverage on my health insurance.
