[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — travel insurance refund failed

Last year on 22-Apr-2018, I have taken a Travel Insurance for a year in BAGIC, My Policy number is OG[protected]-00004448. Since I did not travel last year, I requested Bajaj Allianz to cancel the policy on February which they canceled on 28-Feb-2019 and generated a refund ticket which has not yet been credited to my account. I have contacted them several times in April and May saying that I did not receive a refund but they don't care. I have sent a mail to BillDesk which is their payment gateway explaining the situation and after some days they replied me that the refund transaction has failed since the transaction date of the original transaction is more than 180 days and they reverted the money to Bajaj Allianz and requested to contact them. I contacted Bajaj Allianz and still, their reply is the same.
Requesting to take this complaint seriously, I don't know how to complain to RBI, please help
