Have purchased Bajaj avenger 160 on 23rd of Oct 2019 from Kancharapalem Bajaj Showroom Visakhapatnam
After purchasing the bike I had given the 1st service, within 3 days I have faced the issue in starting the bike. I went to the service centre again and they said it was the battery problem (Battery Dead) and however after 20 days they replaced it with the new battery. this time it was even worse i had given bike to the last service again and jst in 3 days again the same issue repeats, battery problem (Battery Dead), i was literally pushing my bike and starting in gear **SERIOUSLY I HAD AVENGER BIKE NOT BANANA CAPTIVE**, purchasing a bike of Rs. 1, 33, 000 and jst in 1 year of time i faced 2 times of Battery issue (Battery Dead) And bonus the speedometer is not working, so i feel that Bajaj avenger 160 life has only just 1 year, after 1 year of service period we have to change each and everything starting from speedometer to back tire chain. Before bajaj avenger i had pulsar 150, i used almost 7 years, there is no single complaint for Pulsar 150. In just 1 year I found a lot of problems, if the sales team had a target, ask them to do a very good sale on good bikes, not on these bikes, for the executive target I was suffering from.
the service team changed with the other battery on 19th of Nov 2021, and just in 2 days again the battery died. spoke to the same person from chandanagar service branch and simply saying that i was repeating the same issue
And a Big Note : Daily i was pushing and starting my bike. Simply says a push start bike from Bajaj, Seriously
Complaints are
Battery Dead for 2 Times
SpeedoMeter not working
Chain Sound is heavy even after the service
Mirrors are not in stock since 1 year ( not given since bike purchase )
I am expecting reply from Bajaj addressing this issue and also I would like to know the solution that to take return of avenger and issue a credit note for the same amount so that i can take my pulsar 150 back
Note : if i don't get any reply from your team then this mail will forwarded to the consumer court team
