Hi All,

I have given my vehicle for servicing in Chetak Phugewadi, Pune on 25th December 2023 and till date the vehicle hasn't been serviced or worked upon. Everytime I call the service centre the phone is not received by the team there and every time I visit service center the executive there tells me the vehicle will be ready in the next 5 days and this story has been going for a long time now. There is MCU part that is not available in the service centre due to which it is being delayed. This is a not the kind of service that I was expecting from Bajaj Auto.
Kindly advise what needs to be done in this regard

Just to let everyone know about the poor service that is being offered by Bajaj Auto, the issue still persists and the part is still not available with the dealership. Sai Service Phugewadi is the worst dealership to give your vehicle for service or parts change. The dealership is not at all helpful as the vehicle is being sitting for a month now with no resolution in sight!

Just launch a complaint via customer care.Then call Manager who manage all teh dealership "Sandeep Wagh"

If you want number then tell phugewadi supervisor, he only gave the number to me.
