A few days ago I jave purchase a Bajaj Chetak electric. I am residing in the malegaon Nasik District of Maharashtra. After a week there is noise is heard in rear wheel of bike of days. After that i visited to service center for diagnosis of issue.
I have handover bike to service center which is in dhule. ROYAL MOTORS(13473)

As per service center diagnosis there is manufacturing defect which is observed in all vehicle which was available there...
Issue details-due to uneven internal surface of rear breack drum. Noise generations during application of brake.
Eccentricity of rear wheel drum is not even.. This is manufacturing defect service center not taking any responsibility they simply told to raise the complaint. And company will cordinate you. Now I have procured bik on 12th July 2023. Till date o jave used bike only for 8 yo days.. Now from last 17 days bike is at service center..
They are not taking seriously.
No one is prompt and. Now very bad experience with bajaj for customer service products and coordination.
No one is taking responsibility for warranty and service.
Now my humble request to bajaj Service Manager please look at this issue and resolve it ASAP.
