Dear Bajaj Auto Customer Service,
I am writing to express my frustration with my Bajaj Chetak electric scooter, which I purchased from Thrissur Kerala Sitaram Agencies on May 25th 2025. The scooter's registration number is KL 46 AA 6575.
I have faced repeated issues with the battery, requiring two separate visits to the dealership for repair. The service I have received from the dealership has not been satisfactory.
Given the newness of the vehicle, I am very disappointed with these recurring problems. I request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter permanently. The Road assistance from the last three days they did not attend yet.
