I am facing problem regarding battery and the poor quality parts used in vehicle since 2 months . Finally my vehicle one stopped at the middle of the road as i however was able to bring my vehicle till home and then asked the insurance company for the toe service I was very happy with the insurance company atleast they helped me on 10 aug 2023 my vehicle was taken to wagholi Sai service station i did not got any confirmation that my vehicle has been received I tried twice thrice by calling them but no one responded on the phone as the phone is usually switched off or no one picks up the phone then I got number of mr wagh i contacted him everyday and gave him all the documents required for formalities he then gave me the number of mr kaustubh pawar I tried him calling 3 to 4 days but no response not picking up the phone at last i visited the service station at 18/08/2023 at 4 pm their i was shocked mr pawar is asking me what is the problem with the vehicle i explained him it was already discussed with mr wagh and he told he had informed you by listening to this he told me we will give your vehicle in 2 to 3 days I told him I was supposed to get it today as I have travelled 30 km from my home it will be not possible for me to come again he told I can't help it with very unprofessional behaviour then i told him to give my vehicle as it is condition I have to toe my vehicle from wagholi to kondhwa i regret by purchasing the vehicle as i thought Bajaj brand name is well-known name i bought it and I could say the decision of purchasing the vehicle was wrong from my side spending huge amount thinking the brand name Bajaj the representative are so unprofessional we can't even express if possible for the company i ready to give vehicle back no worries if the company gives me less amount in return I had purchased my vehicle in dec 2022 Was this information helpful? |
