I purchased the vehicle just 2 days ago, and it had only 87 km on the odometer at the time of job entry for the complaint. Despite being brand new, the vehicle is exhibiting noticeable vibrations in the front dome area and gear shifting issues, which is highly disappointing and unexpected from a brand like Bajaj.
Upon reporting this issue to the dealer, I was informed casually that "this issue is common in all Pulsar 220F models". This response is not only unacceptable but also raises serious concerns about the product quality and the dealer’s commitment to after-sales service. The service team showed poor attitude and lack of seriousness in addressing a genuine issue in a brand-new motorcycle, which has deeply frustrated me as a customer.
