[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — Issues related to Bajaj Pulsar NS 160 BS6 | |
I bought bajaj pulsar ns 160 bs6 in November 2020. I purchased it from Delhi. Before first service bike was showing engine check light but after service it was fine. Later engine check light stated popping again. I Visited service centres but they were unable to fix it. Later another issue came into bike. When I was taking self start of bike meter resets itself and clock shows time 1:00AM. Went to service centre again but they charged battery and it became fine. From last 10 days I Bike is unable to take self start. When I am pressing self start button meter is getting ready and lights gets dim. Regarding these whole issues I have already informed bajaj via emails calls but they are least concerned about any issue. Yesterday had call with someone from bajaj he said we cannot help you as it is lockdown.. I said fine no issue but explain me since November I am continuously facing some or the other issue. That time there was no lockdown why your staff is incapable of solving issues related to my bike. Service centres of bajaj have such pathetic service attitude that they took 6 hrs to do second free service of bike even when my sequence number was third one in list. When they want to sell a product they say sir we provide very best class of service. I am so much disturbed with this bike that I invested my hard earned money is this stupid piece of metal. My friends this is the reason that foreign companies are getting more trust in Indian market. Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha they are doing good because they give value to customers. Friends please I request all of you I had done a blunder for going with Bajaj please do not repeat this mistake. Please go for any other brand because no other company can provide this much worst and pathetic service like Baja offers. Was this information helpful? | |
