Bajaj Auto Ltd. — negligence of authorized service center which caused seizure of my bike engine

I have purchased bajaj vikrant 150cc (V15) from the authorized dealers of bajaj motorcycles from torrent bajaj, situated in main road, ranchi on 18/06/2016. The bike had been regularly serviced using the offer provided by bajaj motorcycles, wherein three services are provided free of cost. On the 10th of february, 2018; the motorcycle was bought to authorised servicing center (Jharkhand auto) for a paid servicing. Invoice bearing no sci[protected]. After the servicing was duly done the motorcycle was collected by me, on the 10th of feb, 2018 in the evening. The total distance so travelled by the bike post servicing was approximately, 20 kms.
The bike stopped starting within 20km, the matter was bought to the notice of an employee of jharkhand auto service centre. The same employee accepted that, the problems of air filter, carburettor, and servicing were noted in the job card prepared by employees. That after servicing the bike was handled over, wherein a sum amounting to rs. 995/- was charged from me, which includes inter alia charges of carburetor cleaning and engine oil. Further, employee has accepted that, the carburettor was not cleaned, and though the engine oil was taken out from the engine but new oil was not filled in the engine. Due to which the piston of the engine was burnt.
I have also complaint (Isr295014) to the central helpline of bajaj but no problem solution and attention is given to my grievance.
It has to be bought to your kind notice that once the engine of the vehicle is opened the life of the engine and the value of the motorcycle is significantly reduced, and hence the same is unacceptable to me as why should i suffer due to the negligence of the authorized service center of such a reputated company.
