Bajaj Auto — Parts not available more than 3 months

I did service from Bajaj Auto on 10.09.2025 from Madhyamgram Rolta Bajaj Service Center, that time one parts was not available & paid the amount to them & they committed to give the parts within 15 days from the bill date, so I paid the amount to them but still now that parts not available, please help me to get the parts.
