Bajaj Auto — Pickup problem in New Bajaj Pulsar 125

Dear Bajaj Team

This is to drive you attention towards the issues facing myself in my Brand new 125 cc pulsar bike regarding poor and low pickup.I purchased pulsar 125 cc bike on 22 nd July 2023 and from the first day there is no pickup in my bike...as I tried to cross my bike above 100 but it is not going beyond 85 also in full throttle...!!!And also there is no power and pickup transmission during time of gear shifting from low to high.

I also owned discover 100 cc of 2010 model.So comparing this brand new vehicle with your same brand 12 years old model vehicle there is a very huge difference in pickup don't know why but there is something fishy in this vehicle...

I recently visited to Raj service center located in CTM where they kept my vehicle for 1 day and checked all their parameters and handover me my bike saying that everything is perfect.But i am not satisfied with this answer as I tooked the trial and the same thing is there no any change in the pickup...They offered me to take the trial of another same model and same CC vehicle but I denied as I knew that what is the matter in this whole 125 cc model...as I also belongs to the same service industry from last 10 years in premium brand two wheeler segment so I knew each and every problems occurring in the vehicle.So I only need solution in my vehicle and don't want to ride other vehicle as I knew the pickup of 125 cc vehicle very clearly.

So request you to please look into this matter on urgent basis as I never expected this Kind of poor Pickup in Bajaj vehicle...

And if you need some time to keep my vehicle for your diagnosis process then I have no issues but please allot me another vehicle for that period of time.
