Hi,
I left my bike Bajaj RS200 (TN05 BS 3328) for service in Malinisri Bajaj service centre (1765, 6th Ave, Bharathi Nagar, I Block, Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600040) on 20/02/2026, stating that the bike has severe shaking issue at the front which cause me heavy body pain, and service engineer asked me to change the fork system to fix the issue and i agree for the same. Post they called me on Saturday (21/02/2026) stating that they will give my bike on evening, which they never did. And on Monday morning i called them again to follow up, they said, to get the bike from service center on Wednesday, as they are waiting for the parts to get delivered to them to fix the issue, And i took my bike on Thursday (26/02/2026), initially they haven't provided me with any bill, stating that they will send in WhatsApp. And then later i got the invoice for the same from them and found that they have just done general service. So i took my bike and left the service center and then i found the issue hasn't been fixed and then again i left the bike stating that issue hasn't been fixed. And then the service engineer saying they don't have the parts, since it is taking time, they haven't changed the part and did only general service. And promised me that they will deliver the bike by fixing the issue again on 26/02/2026, and then again on Saturday morning they called on stating that they will deliver it by Saturday evening i followed up twice but they said they will deliver on Monday, its almost Monday first half now, still haven't received any response from your side. This make me mentally unstable because of the behavior of your service company.
My question is :
1. If the customer complaint is on Breaking system, will your service person will deliver it without changing, due to the shortage of the stock?
2. Or they are purposefully doing it to get the stock ordered on the March month, for the service target to be achieved? Was this information helpful? |
