Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unsatisfactory service I received at the Bajaj Chetak showroom located in (I Ride )Wardhaman nagar Nagpur, Maharashtra.
On[protected] at 4:30 PM, I visited the showroom to get my bike vibration in the side mirror. a gap in the upper side of the headlight and a jerk when i rase down the accelerator, the bike immediately stop on same place even not roll on. Unfortunately, all technicians or service advisors said there is a gap in every vehicle. It's not a big issue I clarify to show them others present vehicle, there is no gap in this, but people are not listening to me i said i ride only 198 km and i buy this bike not even a month completed after too much argument the clear the headlight gap issue but not the side mirror and i asked about the jerk i tell them supposed iam in traffic and suddenly i need to rase down the accelerator and the vehicle stop on the same spot its very dangerous but they not listened me and continued telling me in there technical language this from company side not from our what will we do we cant do anything in this issue i said ok if this problem from company side and its written in the company manual give me in the written again they arguing with me and refused to given in written, All technical team of this showroom is unqualified and unprofessional even the Head of the Technical Team he don't know how to talk with customer, I am humbly request please raise this issue ASAP because this people frustrating the customers.
