Bajaj Electronics — Aquaguard Purifier

This is Janaki Ramaiah K, I bought Aquaguard purifier in the month of July 2020 from Bajaj Electronics, Nizampet Branch.

Unfortunately today that is 17th of October, machine was got repair due to failure of mother board (came to know from service person). Since it is a new.product I tried to brought this issue with Bajaj Electronics Nizampet branch, here my intesion is clear, if possible replace of Product, if not atleast Bajaj people has to take complaint or feed back from my end and need to check with Aquaguard company team to avoid further complications with products( not to suffer other customers like me).

But Bajaj people (Nizampet) instead of considering my request, since starting they tried to sent me out without any solutions, even they are not in a position listen my version.

From starting they started argument with me. Here as per their words once product is sold to customers their duty is over, they don't have any additional responsibility since it is only for sales not for service.

I am a old customer for Bajaj, Bought TV, Regrigirator, Washing Machine I never had any issue from Bajaj but finally in case of Water Purifier had issue with peoduct as well as from your customer service representatives.

They iritated me with irrelevant examples like purchase of car and mobiles.

I do not know whether you people consider my request or not, requesting you to please treat customers in polite manner not with rude behavior.

I am expecting reply from your end if possible.
