Whom ever concern, On 27/03/2017, i bought symphony air cooler with serial number[protected]. I made this purchase at bajaj dealer " nallakuta branch hyderabad with invoice number 1223/16/s-2463 Unfortunately, your product has not performed well from the day purchased. Raised complaint several times with complaint numbers below but no use the same problem. 1. Hy-ks-4d17023 (05.04.2017) 2. Hy-ks-4d17023 (04.04.2017) 3. Hy-ks-31c17003 (31.03.2017) To resolve the problem, i would appreciate. If the product is taken back and refund my money. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.
