Whom ever concern,

On 27/03/2017, i bought symphony air cooler with serial number[protected]. I made this purchase at bajaj dealer " nallakuta branch hyderabad with invoice number 1223/16/s-2463

Unfortunately, your product has not performed well from the day purchased. Raised complaint several times with complaint numbers below but no use the same problem.

3. Hy-ks-31c17003 (31.03.2017)

To resolve the problem, i would appreciate. If the product is taken back and refund my money. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait 25/4/2017 before seeking third-part assistance. Please contact me at the below address or by phone.
