[Resolved] Bajaj Electronics — defective air conditioner sold | |||
I bought Samsung Air Conditioner on March 15th and the Samsung people have installed on March 19th. In the initial days it worked good but after a week i started getting fault smell from AC. I have raised the complaint in the first week of April about the fault smell. Since then i am continuously calling to Samsung Customer care and Bajaj showroom people every week they are sending the executives and they said its a manufacturing defect it cant be done. I followed up with Samsung they are asking me to check with Bajaj Electronics (Forum Mall - Hyd Branch), when same checked with Bajaj Forum Mall staff they are asking me to check with Samsung. My problem is not resolved and continuously calling to both the executives of Bajaj and Samsung. I need a replacement for the Air Conditioner and I fed up with contacting both the executives. If the problem is not resolved i might take this to the next level. Was this information helpful? | |||
