Bajaj Electronics — Mismanagement of installations & rude response from staff

Reference invoice # 1227/17/s-3986 dated 28 arp. 2017 for purchase of a samsung aircondition.
This is to inform you that the aircondition was purchased on[protected] from bajaj electronics show room at tolichowki and was delivered on[protected] around 2:00pm.

On[protected], around 7:30pm i have received a call from service installation no. [protected] asking me if they can send the technician for installation. I told them that it is already late, please send the technician tomorrow morning. I am told that the technician with come to me between 10 to 10:30am nest morning (On[protected]. I have been waiting at home for the technician until 1:00pm. No one came. I called the service installation no. Twice but no one pick up the phone.

On[protected], around 1:35pm i received call from [protected] asking my address to come for installation. I told him that you suppose to come to me between 10 to 10:30 in the morning. He said he don’t know, just now he received the assignment from service installation. I told him that i waited till 1:00pm, now i am busy and asked him to come next day morning 10am. He gave me appointment for next day 10am.

On[protected] i was waiting for him until 1:00pm but he did not come. I called his mobile but not reachable. I called up service installations twice but no one pick up the phone. I called up service installation again at 3:45pm, after many rings someone pick up the phone. I gave him my name and asked him about technician who suppose to come at 10am but did not come. He don’t know. I ask him if there is any schedule and said “no”. I don’t know how the work is being managed.

I went to the bajaj show room (Galaxy, tolichowki) immediately and looked for person incharge for airconditions. First incharge not around, second incharge not around. I met the third incharge. I ask him who is incharge for installations, he said not available in this showroom. I told him the above mentioned problem. He rude response was “yes nothing is done on time” “we are busy”. Is this acceptable response to the costumers?

I went done to the reception at ground floor. I was very much upset from the delay and then rude response from the responsible person. I was asking for the owner or show room incharge, but not available.

At the reception a gentleman listen to me and try to contact the technician who suppose to come to me but his mobile was not reachable. He contacted the service installation team and after a while he told me that he will make sure that the aircondition will be installed the same day.

Around 4:30pm i received a called from the reception that the technician (Younus) is working near by my area and he will finish and come within 1 to 2 hours. I continued waiting for him but he did not come or phoned me. I called up reception a couple of times but no one picked up the phone.

On 2-5-2017 around 10:30am i went to the show room to see the people at reception but the show room was closed. The watchman said it will open around 11:30am. While i was waiting, i received a call from [protected] (Who suppose to come to me yesterday) asking my address. He said he just received the job assignment to install my aircondition.

Finally, he came and installation completed by 1:00pm on 2-5-2017.

I request the bajaj electronics management to take action for the following and to make sure that such incidents are not repeated :
1. No one pick up the phone (At reception or service installations). Which is very bad for business.
2. The responsible staff does not behave politely and give unacceptable replies. They are not well trained to deal with the costumer.
3. There is mismanagement in handling the installation services and no proper followup and no updating to the costumers if there is any delay.
