Bajaj Electronics — missing parts in food processor | |||||
Prchased Bajaj FX11 Food Processor from Lotus Electronics Raipur and when i got the delivery at home the box was unsealed and few parts were missing like the cap of the mid size Jar and Dough making tool. Tried compnaing to bajaj customee care and to lotus electronics, but both of them are throwing the ball in each others yard and actually no one is taking any action and to make the missing part available to custome even for a newly purchased Product. I would like to report worst service from bajaj Electricals and their dealer Lotus electronics raipur(CG). These lotus people are very careless about customers, very bad and illiterate sales staff. No support for customer at all. They say this product we got was as it came from Bajaj Electricals. Its a shame that so musch known old brand like bajaj has no portal or system to control their dealers. Actually there is no Provision to make any complaint against the dealer. And delar is happy enough that no one can complaint against them, infact the dealer is not even listed here at consumer forum. Even after so many comlaints no one has visited me yet and i am avialble with the product with missing parts. Hoping to see some action on these people. Was this information helpful? | |||||
