Bajaj Electronics — Non delivery of acs | |||||
I bought two daikin acs, 1 ton and 1.5 ton inverter models from bajaj electronics, as rao nagar on monday 1st may 2017. Payment was made by cheque of syndicate bank and amount of rs 78, 300/- debited from my account on 3 may 2017. Till now the acs have not been delivered. I have spoken to mr vijay and the manager mohammed firoz ali numerous times and they say the acs will be delivered today. This is a very poor response towards a customer and these people don't bother at all.in the shop also there is total chaos and there are more staff than customers. The staff is poorly trained and barely polite. I have made a mistake by choosing bajaj electronics. Was this information helpful? | |||||
