One month gone and still waiting for the solution now bound to take legal action against your company, i am going to file a case in consumer court your engineer at kashipur doesn’t have manners to speak with the customer i have an recording with me he said mere baap ka service center nhi hai mai sirf yaha job kart hu wo b 6 baje tak approval nhi aya toh company ki galti hai mobile no-[protected] rakesh.

For reply, i will wait for 24hrs only

Hi,

Pfa the photos and invoice copy of 20 ltr bajaj grill microwave oven purchase 4 month back and gifted to my sister in marriage as gift.

However it's not working after unpacking at her home.

Further we have registered the complaint and engineer attended and telling about manufacturing defects in the microwave and denied to make the breakdown now i personally called up at customer care no. Again and they said that service centre team will change the product but i didn't receive any revert from them so far.

I want clarification who will provide the solution to me and how it will be closed on priority as it's my sisters home and her in laws are creating problem about the same need immediate intervention else i will file the complaint in consumer court with all the call recordings thanks.
