However it's not working after unpacking at her home. Further we have registered the complaint and engineer attended and telling about manufacturing defects in the microwave and denied to make the breakdown now i personally called up at customer care no. Again and they said that service centre team will change the product but i didn't receive any revert from them so far. I want clarification who will provide the solution to me and how it will be closed on priority as it's my sisters home and her in laws are creating problem about the same need immediate intervention else i will file the complaint in consumer court with all the call recordings thanks.
