[Resolved] Bajaj Electronics — product is good but one issue found | |||
Yesterday we received refigerator. Product is good but found one issue. Outer body is not pasted properly so it is showing odd from 2places. I will ask them to replace the product Another issue is big challenge to call them...it is big chain of bajan elec but they have only one number to contact them so very difficult to get your chance. Unit was delivered on 3rd night and the same day we noticed that issue but we cannot call to customer care due to working hours close for the day..next day office open at around 11:30 Am half day gone and above that their number could not dial immediate. I called multiple times and i got chance after 2hours. Customer care person said samsung person will come and check. He came around 7 or 8 pm and found the unit is defected and will be replace by bajaj elec. Then again struggled to calll them and they said person will pickup the unit and will place a new unit on same day or next day. As per the comittment unit should be deliver on 6th Apr...but still not happened even i m following up insted of they should inform the status. Was this information helpful? | |||
