I bought a samsung fridz on 12th feb 2017 and got delivered on 14th feb found damged. After contacting saveral time the bajaj staff forwarded and considered for replacement. even after 10days the staff of bajaj electronics AS Rao nagar hyderabad failed to replace and the phone numbers are also not in use. The saddest part is, even after spending 40k ur bajaj electronics team is very neglect in resolving the issue. My invoice num is ASR/12/25961 Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have purchased Air conditioner Sumsung 1.5 ton on 10.03.2017 and also requested to deliver at Vijayawada autonagar. They transported in Navatha agency on 11.03.2017 but 15.03.2017 was not received the product in BZA and they have not informed Lr.No. of Navatha agency My invoice no.1207/16/S-6416
