Bajaj Electronics — Refuses to give free gift after purchase | |||||
Dear sir On 5/10/16, purchased a Samsung washing machine top load activ wash. I paid full cash amount. I was given a defective piece on 6/10/16. The control panel was not working . I informed dealer and Samsung also. On making several calls and visits to store, we were given the new piece after one week. I asked Mr kiran for the gift offer which they advertised in news papers. I was told that it will be given after one week. I went to meet manager Stanley 2 days ago. He and vijay told me that no gift becoz got rs 200 scratch card. Actually scratch and win offer is from Samsung company and not from bajaj. So why they are refusing to give the free gift as promised to customer? This is very unprofessional. I want to write about this matter to the CEO and COO of bajaj electronics main branch. But before do that, wanted to inform the hyd branch. Please look into this matter and kindky ensure that the customer is not cheated. Please see attachment for details of purchase.
