Bajaj Electronics — TV delivery delayed

Hello

I have purchased Sony TV and Daikin AC in bajaj electronics Punjagutta on 31st March. They committed to deliver both the products at a time on 1st or 2nd April. They have delivered AC on 2nd April but even after 5 days, TV has not yet delivered. I tried to contact customer care no, it is not connecting even.
I request you to take necessary action.

Pathetic Service, I received the TV, but trying to get it installed. Poor customer service, no one is responding.
